What's going on with Ryan Grant?!

Okay, I invested a 2nd round pick on Ryan Grant. He didn't take any snaps in the preseason and now I just read he didn't participate in practice. I'm getting a bit nervous about him. Anyone have any inside info? What's going on? Think he'll play on Monday night?

I love the Vikes, but teams can still run on them. Keep in mind that a lot of teams chose to keep throwing against the Vikes last year more because their secondary was so bad than because their run D was impregnable. Minnesota will probably throw a good number of blitzes at Rodgers since he is a new starter and since they'll want to showcase the Jared Allen acquisition. If Green Bay can see it coming they could definitely hurt the Vikings D with well-timed screens (LB pass coverage was a weakness for Minnesota last year).

Grant went for 119 and a TD vs. Vikings last year in week 10. He is a play.

Actually, the Packers don't practice on Wednesdays, so he didn't really miss practice again.

Just going off what I read from my homies at rotoworld:

Ryan Grant (hamstring) was held out of Packers practice Wednesday.

The Packers don't play until Monday night and may simply be proceeding with caution here, but it's a situation to keep track of. Grant's hamstring has been an issue since early August and he isn't a sure bet to face Minnesota.
