keggerz
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/football/377704_hawk04.html RENTON -- After the Seahawks used their top two draft choices on Lawrence Jackson and John Carlson, coach Mike Holmgren stated the obvious: You draft anyone were they selected the defensive end from USC and the tight end from Notre Dame, you're hoping they contribute right away. Expectations became reality Wednesday when Holmgren announced Jackson and Carlson will start Sunday in the season opener against the Buffalo Bills. for IDPers...Jackson may be starting but he and Tapp will be used in a rotation and the fantasy impact should still come from tapp this year...but it is a hit to what was being expected of him after his season last year At defensive end, the rotation will also include All-Pro Patrick Kerney, incumbent starter Darryl Tapp and Jason Babin, one of the most improved players on the team. Chavez
This should not surprise much of anyone. I don't predict much for Carlson (I'd say he'll be in the 40-500-5 range) but he's a nice dynasty prospect IMO.
