The injury isn't turf toe. "It was just a pressure thing," Berrian said of the original problems he had in college. "Just planting, cutting so much. I think it was the shoes, too. It's right where the cleat is at. But just from the constant pounding of it [the bone] just cracked it. I hear about a lot of sprinters getting that same thing, too."
