SEC=UGA
It's early, but 7 to 3 Ohio, wow!!!
detlef
Not so early and 14-12. Gotta think OSU is going to pull this out but c'mon.
SEC=UGA
19 to 14 OSU, we'll see if Ohio can drive it down the field. Though, I think OSU has it now. Still waaaaaayyy too close, though.
budlitebrad
They better get their sh1t together if they want any chance of beating USC next week. I was hoping to see Pryor get some more playing time, but I doubt it if the score stays close.
detlef
Well, looks like Ohio U realized who they were playing and started acting accordingly. Muffed punt, INT, Punt returned for a TD... Frankly, I'm glad next week's game still matters.

wildcat2334
psst please. That team I just watched is just flat out not that good. Beanie, no Beanie it won't matter SC is gonna dummy them -
GWPFFL BrianW
I've already predicted USC to win next weeks game, but not because O$U survived against a weak opponent. This is nothing new. Ohio State typically struggles against someone they should destroy. In 2002 it was Cincy, couple years later it was Marshall and NC State. Again, nothing new here. All of that said, USC is a much better team and should beat Ohio State pretty easily in LA.
BS Miscreant
Frankly, I'm glad next week's game still matters. Unless Ohio St had a really bad case of the "lookin' aheads" today, next week's game won't matter for very long.
theeohiostate
Lack of concentration in today's game or not. We didn't look good on either side of the ball. I'd expect our best efforts and attention next week and will hope for the best. I didn't have much confidence in our squad playing on the road against USC before the season started, now I have little to none. I would consider it a MAJOR upset if the Bucks won that game. sacosud
OSU just looked bad today and really not inspired much. OSU looked slow at the point of attack and I can't really take much from this game. The one thing I can say is the offensive calls was pretty plain Jane. Pryor looks like a work in progress, but he's smoooooooth. The defense has always had trouble with a scrambler, however if OSU plays like that against SC they will get drilled. Mcknight is the best back in the country and Sanchez appears to be healthy enough. USC Defense is wicked fast and good. I hope we can speed some things up in a week. If Beanie comes back and can play, that may at least make SC load the box and open up some passing lanes. Todd has got to stop throwing those floater balls!!!!! Please let the receiver make a play!!!!!!! Boeckman floats that crap up there and SC is too talented to not pick it off. I'll be rooting and screaming for my Bucks, but it's not looking good against SC. OSU did not look like the #3 team in the country and I would not complain if we were moved down to 4 or 5 just plain ugly today. The point has been made about OSU struggles in games they should dominate, BUT SC is just one of those teams you have too bring your A game for 60 minutes. SEC=UGA
OSU fans, is it time to start worrying? Week one you had an impressive beat down of Youngstown State, who was beat down even more severly by South Dakota state this week. You struggled against a 0 win Ohio team who's undersized D line made your running game look aenemic and pressured Boeckman enough to render ineffective the passing game (the secondary had good coverage on your vaunted receivers, also). Your defense looked uninspiring. Ohio, was able t put together sustained drives with their second string QB. The OSU line did create a lot of pressure situations, against a smaller O line, but Ohio was able to escape these situations, where was the LB corp and the DB corp on these blown plays. I know it's only week 2 and all teams need a little more practice to hit their full potential, I even am concerned about UGA's ability to live up to the hype, d secondary looks shaky and stafford doesn't look to be the QB I expected, but come on OSU, you guys are supposed to be better than this.
