Not much zip on them when he did throw them, not very accurate (out of bounds most times), and a lot of air under them (easy for defense to make plays on). I've got Ginn which is probably why I was trying convince myself, but it looks like Pennington has a hard on for his TEs, especially Fasano. From your sig-line, looks like you're a Fins fan so maybe we saw it differently. He tended to always want to throw short to the TE's and when he did try to go deep to Ginn or Camarillo he was almost always rushed with defenders in the backfield.
