haywood
I've read that Maurice Morris hurt his knee yesterday. Has there been any updates on the severity of his injury? I haven't heard anything today about it.

piratesownninjas
Well there goes my season right down the tubes. If your season rest on the legs of Maurice Morris your season was over well before his injury.

whomper
CBS Maurice Morris, RB SEA News: Seahawks running back Maurice Morris will miss at least the next two games with a sprained knee. Former Dallas lead runner Julius Jones will start Week 2 against the 49ers. Analysis: Morris' job as a starter was never really a permanent one as Mike Holmgren said he would reward whichever running back was performing better. Morris had six carries for 31 yards before leaving Sunday's game. It doesn't sound as this will be a long-term injury, but the fact is that Jones gets a chance to shine in Morris' absence. Morris still has Fantasy value when healthy, but keep him reserved until further notice
yuckmonkey
Justin Foresett come on down! Seahawks released RB Justin Forsett, WR Jordan Kent, and P Ryan Plackemeier. They'll hope the two raw but talented young skill position players clear waivers and make it to the practice squad, but it looks like the team was desperate for experienced help at both positions. T.J. Duckett is the lone backup to Julius Jones for the time being.
