theprofessor
In my league we can use cornerbacks and safety's s as our defensive backs. We roster only 2 and start 1. I currently have Bob Sanders and Kenny Phillips. Kenny wasn't in the mix too much the first week and I am considering replacing him. Scoring rules are below. Which of these guys would you select to go along with Sanders? Bell and Harrison have the same bye as Sanders but I still want to consider them. I especially like Yeremiah Bell from Miami. Cortland Finnegan - always around the ball, playmaker. Yeremiah Bell - like his upside Rodney Harrison - Proven, great #'s first week, injury prone Eric Weddle - love this guy! Always around the ball, playmaker Dwight Lowery - rookie from the Jets, love his upside and he's another playmaker. I need to make my blind bid tonight. Any advice would be appreciated! • 6 pts – Touchdowns (interception, fumble and kick returns) • 1 pt – per tackle • 0.5 pt – per assisted tackle • 2 pts – safety • 3 pts – sack • 1 pt. per ½ sack (assisted sack) • 3 pts – forced fumble • 1 pt – fumble recovery • 3 pts – interception • 1 pt – pass defensed

keggerz
Thanks for your input. Why Bell over Finnegan? I think Bell is going to have a TON of defensive snaps to make plays this year.....don't get me wrong in that I dont like Finn I just think Bell is going to be on the field a ton more and be a better more consistent option is all

He got pretty much ignored - by me and many others - in preseason. I like Harrison more than Finnegan though.
theprofessor
Thanks Guys. I would like to take Bell tonight but then I have the same bye week issue as I have today with Sanders and Phillips? This was the only position that I drafted duplicate bye weeks

This was the only position that I drafted duplicate bye weeks dont sweat it....DB is VERY deep especially if you each can only roster 2....Sanders will start every week for you unless he gets hurt....grab bell and see if you can work a deal with someone after bell has another good couple of weeks
