He has made 14 as of today. Stupid add/drops too, like picking up Al Harris and then dropping him 2 hours later for Courtland Finnegan, like he will have the same game this week. Big John Posted September 11, 2008 Share Posted September 11, 2008 That looks like waiver-wire churning, an unethical practice of picking up then quickly dropping players for the purpose of preventing of another team from a legitimate pickup. I have mentioned this stuff before and nobody really thinks it affects much, again because of the players he picks up. Courtland Finnegan? I also forgot to include his two brothers, combined together their moves were about the same as the rest of the league combined. Yes all three need to be puched in the face. No need to make 5 moves in one week to fill that DB spot, plenty of players out there, do the work and pick one. No one else has a guy like this in their league? We don't use waivers though, first come first served so if he adds and drops repeatedly it makes no difference. He's also won more championships than anyone. He hardly ever drafts IDP guys or kickers and plays matchups week to week with em so that's why he has so many. He stashes quite a few backup type RBs and decent matchup type of WRs. He's the most successful manager in our league though so can't really fault his tactics too much... although having LT as a keeper probably helped him haha Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Weeks 1 thru 5, 1st transaction is $1 Weeks 6+, 1st transaction is $5 Each week the 2nd+ transaction is $1 more than the previous transaction in that week. So in week 1 if you make 3 roster moves it costs you $1 + $2 + $3 for a total of $6 In week 6 three roster moves costs you $5 + $6 + $7 for a total of $18 Roster churning comes to a screeching halt when owners have to pay. I've seen a couple guys in fantasy basketball rotate scrubs on their roster to get more games each week, that pisses me off. After the one year we put a limit on moves. I'm usually down to my last 1 or 2 by playoffs, Waiver runs off rolling list, I made a couple of draft day mistakes as far as bye weeks, I'm up to four already!
