According to Lynn Kimbrough, spokesman for the District Attorney's Office, Marshall was sentenced to 12 months probation and all of the usual terms and conditions: 24 hours of community service, a level II alcohol treatment program, attending a victim impact panel and costs, fines and fees that total $1,132. He also received eight points on his drivers license. By making the guilty plea, Marshall avoided a jury trial that was slated to begin next week.
