estevay Posted September 14, 2008 Share Posted September 14, 2008 Okay I'm in a private Yahoo league. I've played with these guys for several years. So I launched Stattracker at 1pm. The person I was matched against, who happens to be the commish, had JaMarcus Russell in as QB. All day stattracker is tallying his stats and of course they suck. Well later in the day I went to the home page and noticed that in that section Yahoo had David Gerard in as QB. Now instead of me being down by 9 I'm down by 14. Then I went back to stattracker and low and behold Gerrad is in. Does this sound suspicious to anyone. I probably wouldn't care but this is a money league. I still have a kicker and Marion Barber and he's done but this doesn't seem copasetic. Does anyone agree or could this be some kind of Yahoo glitch that I've never seen before. Does it show up under View All (for transactions) and then Commish Changes? I don't know if that would track that, but it's worth a shot. My ritual is to start stattracker and rock out all day. So I know for a fact Russell was in there up until half way through the 4 pm games. I re-launched stattracker and there was a change. My metabolism slows to a crawl as I drink beer and yell at the TV. If you plan on sticking around in that league, I would highly suggest taking a screenshot of the lineups at game time from now on. Is it possible that he made a roster change before the game but after you loaded the stat tracker? This could result in you have the wrong starting lineups all day. I don't know if this is how Yahoo stats tracker works ... it is how MFL game day works. You can make changes up until 5 minutes of the game starting. Turf Toe Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 I am also a commissioner on a Yahoo league and I have made lineup changes for other teams. The changes are tracked. You can view them by going to view all transactions, then select commish changes. I believe if any changes were made to his lineup after the deadline, it would show up there. Good luck with that one. STL Fan Posted September 15, 2008 Share Posted September 15, 2008 Regardless, you have to get this out in the open. If he didn't do anything wrong, he'll be able to explain what happened. If he has no explanation, the entire league needs to know what's going on. Gather what information you can in case you need it, then mention to him you were confused and think the stat tracker must have been acting weird or something and see what he says.
