Double Agent
Another thread lead me to this question. This year, we are deducting -1 point for every sack to the QB. I think I hate this rule already. Sometimes it's the QB's fault...usually it isn't. What do you guys do?
bushwacked
Never heard of it, would be dead set against it.
Qdaddyo
Same points format as yours...-1 point per sack.
Qdaddyo
Sometimes it's the QB's fault...usually it isn't. What do you guys do? To an extent, it's the same with INT's...sometimes the WR flubs/tips the reception and it lands in the hands of a defender...sometimes the WR runs the wrong pattern on a timing route. I enjoy the rule b/c leading up to draft day I have to weigh the projected offensive line performance of a team.
piratesownninjas
Never heard of it, would be dead set against it. Agreed 100% Quarterbacks already face more negative points from INT's as is.
wildcat2334
werd - I don't like it, just taking things a bit too far why not just deduct drops from WR and RB? maybe throw in a -.5 on RB for missed blocking assignments?
SheikYerbuti
And while we're on the subject of scoring a player based on things he's not responsible for, all my leagues score fumbles as 0 points if the fumbler's team recovers, -1 or -2 if it's recovered by the opponent. Wassup with that??
