i_am_the_swammi
Interesting, especially in lieu of losing Williams to injury....its only Week 3, and the Cowboy secondary is 50% different that what is was opening day. If he ends up being sub as described below, that's a lot of money spent for a punt returner, no? Per KFFL: Cowboys | A. Jones demoted to No. 3 cornerback Wed, 17 Sep 2008 19:43:18 -0700 Rick Herrin, of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, reports Dallas Cowboys CB Adam Jones has been shifted to the No. 3 cornerback role. He will be used in the sub packages.
Kansas State 2000
Call him #2 or call him #3 same difference. We always knew it would be T-New, Jenkins, Jones, Hamlin and Henry. Roy is the man out even before the injury.
Randall
Who's the #4? He's the one who'll probably cover Jordy Nelson.
Retrograde assault
I figure we're improved with this injury. Addition by subtraction or something like that.
CaptainHook
not surprising. Pac's not all that good. Never has been. Not sure why Dallas wanted the headache. . .
barrett14
Saying Pacman was demoted is dumb considering Newman and Henry have always been the number 1 and 2. Pacman was filling in for an injured Newman, so since he's back, how can you call it a "demotion"? And whoever replied saying pacman was never good is an idiot. BS Miscreant
Newman and Henry are good corners, they drafted Jenkins in the 1st round and Jones has done nothing special if anything at all. I think he's extremely rusty, physically and mentally, and he's been playing where he has because he has experience. Right now he's probably their 4th best CB. Retrograde assault
There's been years we didn't have 2 good corners. He will either pay dividends some where down the road or be gone. Nfl players have been known to do that you know.

Missoula Griz
Who's the #4? He's the one who'll probably cover Jordy Nelson. Why not maybe worry about who the Packers have in coverage? Come on, the Vikings and Lions. Darn, I am impressed... Pack look good, but how good? Another crazy game hopefully. Rogers looks like the real deal, but so did D. Anderson last year. Get the popcorn ready, it should be very fun!
Scooby
PacMan is a man to man cover guy. He will be used when Phillips blitzes on 3rd down. Hopefully, we will see more blitzing by the Boys this week than we saw against McNabb, last week. I can't wait to see Rogers running for his life (Rogers will remember his and Favre's injuries from last year's game vs. the Boys).
CaptainHook
And whoever replied saying pacman was never good is an idiot. Why is that? I've watched him since he was drafted with the Titans, watched him commit stupid penalty after stupid penalty, and get beat in coverage. Saw him commit PI in the end zone with the Cowboys so far this season too. He is an average to below-average CB with a history of legal problems. Whoever said he is any good is an idiot. Are you a Cowboys fan or just dumb? Is there a difference? How would Romo be with his top 3 WR's hurt or playing hurt? Jurevicious, Stallworth out. Edwards hurt. Jurevicious, Stallworth out. Edwards hurt. Pretty good. We did it all of last year without Glenn. We are still starting Crayton, who is at best a decent #3WR not a #2. Clubfoothead
Pacman's not a starter when Newman's healthy enough to play.

I appreciate your at least having the balls to get to the point instead of pretending to know something about the secondary. Now choke on it.
