TDFFFreak
I feel good about the game today, but extremely concerned about Westbrook. Easily the #2 most important guy on the Eagles team. I hope he's not out for long...

Skippy
I thought BigBen was in a UFC fight but they played the Eagles Chuckle. I am currently trying to talk Menudo down off the Walt Whitman bridge. http://www.corporateclowning.nl/images/man-on-bridge.jpg Edited September 22, 2008 by Skippy
Suture
I thought BigBen was in a UFC fight but they played the Eagles He definitely needs to work on his takedown defense. That game was painful for me to watch (Steelers fan).
Big John
Chuckle. I am currently trying to talk Menudo down off the Walt Whitman bridge. http://www.corporateclowning.nl/images/man-on-bridge.jpg Or more of the Fort Duquesne Bridge for a long time. As in the "The bridge to nowhere" because it ended in midair?
Menudo
Sorry guys, I'm traveling, and this is my first time I got some internet access. No, I'm not on a bridge considering a jump, as this is more what I expected from their O-Line this year, as I had stated time and time again. The good thing about this, is people can now calm down with putting the Steelers as #2 on Power Rankings, talking about them as the best in the AFC, etc..... as they are simply not that good. I predicted an 8-8 or 9-7 season, but, with the weakness showing up in the AFC, they MIGHT finish slightly better than that. The Steelers are an interesting team. They have a phenomenal defense, which they proved against a very good Eagles offense yesterday. They have very good skill position players in Roethlisberger, Parker, Ward, Holmes, & Miller. However, you can't succeed on offense without a solid offensive line, and they have one of the worst in the league. The shock for me was that the offensive line actually played well the first two games, giving me false hope that they had somehow quickly figured out how to block. Yesterday, they had their first real test, and they failed as miserably as one could fail. That offensive line played like garbage, and the pressure and hits definitely got into Roethlisberger's head, which is fair enough, because he wasn't playing or throwing with his usual confidence, even on the few plays where he had more than .5 seconds to throw from the pocket. The good thing about all of this is that after this season it will be completely clear that the Steelers need to concentrate most of their free agent money & draft picks on Offensive Line and ONLY offensive line. All of this said, their isn't a team in the AFC without issue. The Broncos have no defense, the Colts have issues, the Patriots, the Jags, the Steelers, Chargers, etc. etc. Who knows how that will all play out. The NFC has definitely shifted the balance in my mind. All of the above is not to take anything away from the Eagles. Their defense is fast and well coached. If they can stay healthy, they are going to have a say in who ends up with the Lombardi. Their offense is potent as well, and I was really proud of the Steelers for containing them like they did (Granted, it was without the Eagles biggest offensive weapon). Congrats to the Eagles fans, that was a dominating win, and I still can't believe that the score was close for as long as it was. That passed up the beating the Ravens put on the Steelers offense and Roethlisberger two years ago, as the biggest physical beating a defense has put on a Steelers offense during my time. Very impressive.....best of luck the rest of the way

Very entertaining....and that Polamalu INT might have been one of the best I've ever seen.

The Eagles are the real deal, and the NFC East is without question the strongest division in football.
Menudo
Reports out of Pittsburgh are stating that Roethlisberger got sacked by Bunkley while taking a leak in his bathroom. The Steelers offensive line were standing guard at the bathroom door.
