FWIW, I've listed these in my personal order of best chance (Lions) to worst chance (Browns). The Lions' schedule makes this feel like a reality. The sad thing is that, even if they go 0-16, Matt Millen will still be there. There is nothing worse than shiddy owners for a team's fans...

Man, look at the Rams schedule. They NFC West is soft, but the Cardinals, Niners and Seahawks (who massacred them today) are all clearly better teams and their out-of-division schedule is brutal - Cowboys, Bills, Giants, etc. Brutal.

The Rams have given up 38, 41 and 37 points in their three games while scoring a total of 29

The Chiefs have given up 17, 23 and 38 points while scoring a total of 32 points.

I think the Rams are the worst. And it is sort of hard to tag exactly why they are so bad when they have players that have done well in the past. I think it is safe to say they are 31 and 32, but STL has to be 32 with that defense.

Haven't seen KC play, but didn't STL get into the red zone today? Once....for the first and only time so far this season?

 Yes they did! and there was another time when the punter (best player on the team this year by far) punted a ball so far the Seattle return guy muffed it and the Rams got possession on about the Seattle 30.

They lost 6 yards and kicked a field goal.

Rams Pro Bowl representative = Punter Donnie Jones - you heard it here first.

Thankfully (unless you are a StL or KC fan) they don't play each other to they BOTH can be the worst team at 0-16 if they really want it.

Good point. They can both suck to new low levels.

But, I think that KC would win any "suckiness" tiebreaker as they were on an eight game losing streak heading into the year...so, an 0-16 season would give them 24 consecutive losses.

Think you need to put Houston on this list even though they are only 0-2...got some holes in that defense and opposing defenses seem to have realized there's only 1 WR on the team...

I'm giving Houston the benefit pf the doubt having played road games against two of the toughest D's in the NFL.

You know, now that I think about it, I'm going to try and not take it too personally that the two teams battling it out for the worst are both from my home state of Missouri.

Are the football Gods punishing the pro teams because Mizzou has risen to the top? Are we not allowed football prosperity on both fronts? Curse Gary Pinkel, it's his fault.

:D The worst team is the Rams, BARELY. The Chiefs beat them in the preseason
