MTSuper7
Anyone else agree? It's hindsight now, but when the Bungles had the ball first and goal from the 3 with 5 seconds left, I thought their best chance to win would be to go for the TD right there and then (a la the 2 pt conversion Shanny called last week). I wish coaches would play to win more often (vs. not to lose). After Kiffin, Lewis is next on the hot seat, no?
scottyjets
How about a spike the play before?
Capt. Stanky
How about a spike the play before? It was 3rd down. If they spike the ball there they end up kicking a field goal anyway. They should have taken the time out on 3rd down and taken a shot at the endzone on 3rd down. At least they would have had one shot at the endzone rather than none. Big John
They took forever setting up the play before with the clock running. The result might have been different if they started that play more quickly.
rai
IMO they should have went for the win last play all or none. a play from the 2-3 yard line has 50%+ chance of TD I didn't like their chances in OT at all less than 50% IMO the time to go for the endzone was the play before, and Marvin probably saw there would be the same problem on 4th down likely, but the 4th down play had more options could pass or run.
