policyvote Posted September 22, 2008 Share Posted September 22, 2008 (edited) http://www.mlive.com/lions/index.ssf/2008/..._millen_if.html :D ETA: for those of you less familiar with the workings of the Lions, the owner and Chairman is William Clay Ford, Sr. His son, William "Bill" Ford, Jr., is Executive Chairman (and former C.E.O.) of FoMoCo, and carries the title of 'Vice Chairman' with the Lions . . . but apparently, not the juice to send Millen packing. It's been rumored that Bill Jr. has been clamoring for Millen's ouster for years, but this is the first time he's been mad enough to take it public. It's shocking and embarassing to me and all Lions fans that officially everyone on the planet except for the one man who can do it, agrees Millen should be fired.
