Largent
which one is going to have the better year? Homer here - Engram. Branch's knee is going to be shakey at best for at least a few games. Reports are he looks good, but even before the injury last season, Engram was Hass's best target. He always puts up good yards, and get's his decent share of TD's. Engrams legs are healthy, shoulder shouldn't bother him.

That's why I drafted him and have been waiting for him to come back. Best 14th round pick ever.
The Waterboy
I think the consensus is Engram. But I'm weird and I think Branch. I can't really explain why. I feel like we've seen positive flashes, but never got to see his true potential in Seattle. I've seen him play live for the Patriots. Injuries aside, I guess that's it. I mean, don't get me wrong I think Engram is a great pick as well. I got him off wiavers very early last year and it was huge for my team. But I clicked on Branch a couple weeks ago when I saw he was back practicing and I'm keeping my chips on number 83 for now... I think Seattle in general is going to turn it around. I almost got Engram off waivers this week as well, but somebody else took him.

splotchman
Agree with Engram. Just dumped Carlson and got Engram off waviers last night.

MrTed46
I think Engram is going to be big in PPR leagues. I got him week 1 in my local and placed him on the IR slot (If a player is Out he can be placed there).

Seahawk37
Im with the waterboy, I think Hass is gonna look for Branch a lot later on in the season and I think he will come up big. I dont think you can go wrong with either but Branch certainly has a lot of potential to put up bigger numbers.

He can't get open and his hands are incredibly overrated. The guy is a below average NFL receiver. He is Reche Caldwell at best. The upside of a full season for Branch without Tom Brady is about 55 catches for 650 yards and 2 TDs. And he has more upside than a guy that caught 90+ balls last year? Just shut up. skylive5
potential What a heavy word that is so hard to achieve. Eventually, someday, maybe, Branch might reach his potential...but I doubt it.

Seahawks21
Pretty sure that is uncalled for.that being said , Engram. you're right, and I apologize to 37, but I don't understand how anyone could have that opinion, especially someone with "Seahawk" in their screen name. This is exactly why Seattle sports fans are so unbearable. Not only do they believe the hype, they perpetuate it. Deion Branch is nothing but hype at this point. Shame on Seattle fans for buying in to whatever crap the media throws our direction.
