Big Ernie McCracken
Slaton has great lateral quickness which should help him be on time in zone system. He's explosive after his cut and if he can avoid or break that initial tackle, he should be able to bust off some big gainers as he'll end up one on one with guys who can't match his speed. In that system with his NCAA background, he could be a beast. If he remains the starter, I could see 1100-1200 yds. with 7-9 tds.

Yeah, but Ahman Green is on the mend, ready to retake his starting role.
FishFreak
He's a smallish guy. It will be interesting to see if he can handle 20 touches a game for the whole season or do the Texans have a RBBC and limit Slaton to 10-15 touches per game. I'll wait another week or two to see if he's consistent.
