Randall
By Tom Silverstein Wednesday, Sep 24 2008, 03:51 PM Green Bay -- According to Al Harris' agent, the Packers cornerback asked one doctor to remove his spleen so that he could play this week against Tampa Bay. Of course, the request was rejected, but in an update Jack Bechta gave on the National Football Post, a football web site of which he is one of the founders, Bechta said Harris really wants to play again this season. If further tests show only a laceration, doctors will perform a CT scan in a couple of weeks to see how he is healing and then determine a timeline for his recovery. Bechta said test results will be known in the next 48 hours. Green Bay - Here a brief report on what happened on Hinkle Field: S Nick Collins (back) and S Aaron Rouse (knee) were back at practice and appeared to be unrestricted; S Atari Bigby (hamstring), RB Kregg Lumpkin (hamstring), FB Korey Hall (knee) and WR James Jones did a lot of watching. CB Charles Woodson (toe) was not at practice. We'll be back with any news.
