i_am_the_swammi
It was announced locally that Westbrook's status will not officially be known until gametime when they tape him up and test him on the field....and of course, its a Sunday Night game. he will continue to be listed as questionable on Friday's injury report. Here's hoping if you have (and need) Westbrook, you also have Buck to plug in if necessary. That being said, media who have seen him at practice are reporting his limp is barely noticeable, though he is not participating/running/cutting. 610WIP's Howard Eskin, with close ties to the Eagles, puts his chances of playing a little above 50/50 at this point, though he was postiive in that he felt he was definitely "out" as recently as Tuesday. He is improving rapidly. Have those contingency plans ready, but it sounds like they are going to use him if they can....though the match-up with Chicago is hardly ideal anyway. Scooby
only thing more dreaded than a GTD is an HAS--high ankle sprain, which I'm betting he has
Avernus
he's looking to screw owners on a primetime game again like he did a few years ago on MNF...
CaptainHook
he's like this every year. that's why I refuse to draft him in round one. He usually plays, but I can't stand the drama.

Please provide a link or source of that info. If he has a high ankle sprain I would imagine he's definately out this game and possibly more. I thought this was a mild sprain and he was "day to day". Avernus
he missed one game in 2006 and one game in 2007. but his problems the past few years were his knees and he played through it...but he had owners on pins and needles... he had many owners wondering if they should get rid of him while they could.. griff321
Yeah that's the problem, it isn't the one game that he's out, it's the other four that he's a GTD and I have to submit a lineup at 12. Honestly tho if you own westbrook you'll easily put up with the garbage because he's so just that good, the guy wins championships. At least when westy goes down, he does everything he can to get back strong and not hurt his team. For everyone that thinks he's a walking injury waiting to happen, injuries are a part of the game, if you ask me the whole NFL is injury prone. I hope to god I am wrong, though...
