From InsideBayArea.com's Raider Blog: – Kiffin said it was decided before the season the Raiders would wear white spamshirts at home during day games where temperatures would be higher _ much as many teams do in the NFL. The pregame introductions, where position groups were introduced instead of individual players, came to Kiffin Saturday night. “When I was talking to the team, (I said) you’re never going to win if you play as individuals, I don’t care how much money you make. I don’t care about how good you look on paper. You’ve got to play as a team. You’ve got to pick each other up and win,” Kiffin said. “That whole individual introduction, with everybody dancing around, we’re not doing that any more. That’s not who we are.
