CaP'N GRuNGe
Titans defensive end Kyle Vanden Bosch has NOT been fined by the league for roughing-the-passer penalty against the Vikings’ Gus Frerotte on Sunday. Vanden Bosch’s helmet struck Frerotte in the groin area, and great pain ensued, especially among the cringing TV audience. Frerotte called the hit a “cheap shot” but apparently it was within the rules. http://blogs.startribune.com/vikingsblog/
griff321
Only Gus. I have a buddy that's a big eagles fan so we always talk trash, he'll call me and say, "Gus Frerotte," then hang up the phone. God I hate the condition of my beloved franchise.

That would have been pure win. I could see Flacco melting down in purple now. The funniest thing about all of this is the number of fans, beat writers, and radio hosts all wishing that the vikings loose tonight. The model of thinking is that the next home game against Detroit wouldn't sell out and Secret Squirrel would be on a very hot seat, not on his way to a ten win team and being able to say he "improved" this year. That's interesting. I like Frerotte and the Vikings to win. They just need a QB to develop that can play.
