WorstCoachingEver
Roto: Cowboys CB Terence Newman will miss Sunday's game against the Cardinals with an abdominal irritation. Newman gave no timetable for his return. Pacman Jones will continue to start in Newman's place at left cornerback. This is getting ridiculous. Newman gets paid and then he magically gets a 2+ month non-tear groin strain which I have never heard of. Now, he has an "abdominal strain" to boot. I am starting to get really fed up with this guy. I'll give him a pass for last year with he foot injury, but now I'm getting suspicious. You wouldn't have seen a Cowboy in the 70's sit out games with these types of "injuries." I could talk about how I think Phillips is making this team "soft" but that is for another thread...
Chaim.Witz
I don't know about the "abdominal strain", but yesterday on the local sports station, they commented that he re-aggravated his groin injury (the one without a tear, I guess) Just FYI

WorstCoachingEver
I don't know about the "abdominal strain", but yesterday on the local sports station, they commented that he re-aggravated his groin injury (the one without a tear, I guess) Correct, that's why I said it was a 2+ month groin strain. He's been complaining about it every week since the beginning of training camp. He made excuses all last year about his foot. Complaining about how it "would have been better if it was completely torn." Puhh-leeze! I think its just more excuses for his bad play. I'd be rather upset if I was JJ.
