Mags Posted October 9, 2008 Share Posted October 9, 2008 Need some help with scoring. I am the commish of a league and two team tied last week. Today, Yahoo posted a stat correction for San Diego's defense awarding them points for a sack. Originally, San Diego had 8 points, now they are showing up with 10 points and the guy that is now posting as getting beat who was undefeated is upset. Do you all know anything about this correction? I went on to cbssportsline.com and all I see there is that San Diego had a fumble recovery, one sack and held Miami to 17 points. Here is our scoring system for defense: Sack (2) Interception (4) Fumble Recovery (4) Touchdown (6) Safety (6) Kickoff and Punt Return Touchdowns (6) Points Allowed 0 points (10) Points Allowed 1-6 points (6) Points Allowed 7-13 points (4) Points Allowed 14-20 points (2) Points Allowed 21-27 points (0) Points Allowed 28-34 points (-2) Points Allowed 35+ points (-4) When I add it up, I see only 8 points unless I am missing something. Apparenly Ricky Williams got sacked? * Ricky Williams: from 13 to 12 Rushes. * Dolphins: from 40 to 39 Rushes. * Ricky Williams: from 0 to 1 Sacks Against. * Shaun Phillips: from 1 to 2 Assists. * Shaun Phillips: from 0.5 to 1 Sacks. * Antwan Applewhite: from 1 to 0 Tackles. * Antwan Applewhite: from 0 to 1 Assists. * Antwan Applewhite: from 0 to 0.5 Sacks. * Chargers Defense: from 1 to 2 Sacks. Mags Posted October 9, 2008 Author Share Posted October 9, 2008 Well.....now I just went to rotoworld.com and they use NBC for scoring it looks like and they awarded San Diego with 2 sacks so I guess that answers the questions.
