SEC=UGA
Texas - beat who I thought was the best team, should be number 1. Wicked fast, big, strong and pretty disciplined. Bama - best o and d line in the country, we'll see if the rest of the team can step up. PSU - I have to discount them a bit, due to who they play, but they look for real. UF - never know which team will show up, they looked solid last night and have found a more balanced and diverse offense. These 4 appear to be the best and this is how I would rank them. Up until Texas, who exactly had OU played? Or conversely who had Texas played? You hate on Penn State because you want to, not because there is any real reason to. BTW, I'm not discounting your rankings. All of these teams are just starting to play teams that we thought were good during the preseason and we're just now starting to find out if they are real or if they're frauds. For example, both Clemson and Auburn are complete frauds, but we thought they would be better than they are. Give it another 3-4 weeks to figure out if these team really are for real. Rockerbraves
USC Trojans are pretty good.
Bonedaddies
Come Monday......I see it: UT Bama PSU USC I do not see FL jumping USC/Tech or BYU and OU should not fall below 6/7 losing to a good TX team. You could argue they jump Tech, but Tech still got a win and do not have a loss....yet!

GWPFFL BrianW
How is ranking PSU 3rd hating on them? I agree it makes no sense. Texas and Alabama have thus far gotten more impressive wins. Hard to argue with them being 1 and 2.
Kid Cid
How is ranking PSU 3rd hating on them? Sorry, I was still really drunk this morning when I posted that. I don't know what it is I thought you were saying. I agree that given their wins, both Texas and 'Bama should be ranked ahead of PSU.
