LayLow
is this a sign of things to come?
myhousekey
At least until Torain shows up? Seeing how I've owned 4 Denver RB's so far this season (will I ever learn?) it was nice to see one of them get 20 carries yesterday....
griff321
MIKE SHANAHAN I think it's just as likely that P.J. Pope will get 20 carries next week. When will you guys ever learn.
Ursa Majoris
I have Torain squirreled away in one league but that's my total exposure to Denver backs. I bailed out of the Denver back fiasco a couple years ago.
tonorator
it is no surprise that he's using pittman more. every report i've seen identifies him as the strongest back and that's certainly what i've seen from the times i've watched the broncos. it is anything goes with shanahan, but i believe this is the closest we've been to a solid denver RB option to start. ABearWithFurniture
You can almost always grab the Denver lead RB the 2nd or 3rd week of waivers...never ever draft one...
LayLow
No. There's no CoP RB who's active. Pittman had 27 yards on the first five carries. As long as as it's basically Pittman and Hall, Shanny will go with the "hot hand". Pittman will likely start again and be given the opportunity. If he doesn't have at least 40 yards on his first 10 carries, I see Hall getting an opportunity. That said, I'd be thrilled if Pittman got another 100+ yds on 20 carries. Keep it up and I'd be fine with waiting until next season to see what Torain can do. I was joking...but thanks for the response.
