Harris has some value right now, but you'd have to kind of play salesman a bit. He started out well enough, but had a pretty pedestrian Week 6 game. You'll have to sell the fact that he has some nice matchups in the coming weeks. It's next to impossible to tell you exactly what kind of TE or DB you could get for Harris... he's the #29 LB in "most" formats right now based on per-week averages.
