darin3
So I'm at home watching the madness down by the stadium, wishing I were down there. Gonna be a fun day and night in Austin, that's for sure. A buddy of mine has season tickets (unfortunately this isn't the game I get to go to) and tailgates with the UT alumni association. Gonna head down there in the afternoon to BBQ and have a couple beers before saddling up somewhere to watch the game. Downtown will be off the hook after UT wins in an absolute barnburning shootout. Anyone ever go to ESPN's College Gameday? Sure looks fun. Go Horns.

Menudo
Because they are dumb smart and like slow football realize that you have to play offense AND defense to be a COMPLETE football team. Fixed. millerx
Texas looks incredible tonight. Props to them. Meh. More to the point, Mizzou finally got fully exposed for what they truly are...which is Texas Tech in "drag". It just took a good team to expose it. GWPFFL BrianW
How bout them big 10 title games ? Ohio State in bowls the past 2 years? You're a little late on that one, you see, EVERYONE knows they got owned in both games. Only dillusional Buckeye fans can't get over it. And if you're talking about the Big Tens lack of a "Championship Game" then you really ARE clueless.
BS Miscreant
Missouri 31 Texas 27 Well, they got the 31 part right. I just hope the majority of the voters actually watched this game and realize that this game was worse than the 25 pt deficit shows. Of course, I'd like to think 25 pts makes enough of a statement. WERD - Mizzou is a joke, I doubt they will even be sniffing the top 25 by the end of the year - a few good skill position players surrounded by a bunch of lower level Big 12 players - next

I like Daniel enough, and Maclin is a super-stud. But he's no Crabtree. Mizzou's D just didn't have much. They have a pro-level safety and a LB and DT that both may play on Sundays, but in terms of team defense... nothin'. UT is a machine. The tailgatin' action was super-fun.
