Chief
All these idiots got me to wondering, which team has or had, the worse/dumbest move by a player or coach on your team? After seeing Matt Jones, Vick, and most recently Holmes, who's the worse? Who most affected your fantasy team? For the Lions, off the top of my head: Owner: Hiring Millen Coach: would be the assistant coach who decided going thru a drive thru in his b-day suit would rank as my #1. Player: Charles Rogers deciding Josh Gordon was part of his rehab, never to see the NFL again. Fantasy: While I do not know if the Lions had mishandled Barry as some indicated, his sudden retirement I'm sure probably had the most affect on any dynasty teams. BJ can you edit title to say worst? maybe add owner/coach/player subtitle Edited October 24, 2008 by Chief
Randall
Yeah most rational owners would have fired Millen far before this year.

Very true, while you ddin't add anyhting for GB, I'm going to guess passing up Barry for Mandarich has to be the biggest blunder.

Gopher
As a MN fan, there have been many, to be sure: #1 has to be this: "The Trade" "In other words, the trade of Herschel Walker to the Vikings contributed largely to the Cowboys' success in the early 1990s. For this reason, ESPN.com's Page 2 lists it as the 8th most lopsided trade in sports history. [1] Seventeen years later, the trade was still an easy target for satire: one ESPN columnist, assessing the impact of free agency on the NFL, noted that it had almost entirely replaced significant trades and by doing so, 'took away one of the greatest shortcuts to becoming a Super Bowl champion: fleecing the Vikings.'" sunysteelfly76
The Kordell Experiment ran a little too long.
kpholmes
Al Davis is the worst. At everything. No one else comes close.

Definitely or even winning the last game the year before and missing on Aikman. Or passing on Deion or Derrick Thomas.
