Bier Meister
one of my favorites we had a little pumpkin carving party this weekend (ended up not carving) for about 10 of us. was going to make the squash soup, but went cream of mushroom instead.. carmelized onion gratin with gruyere and coq au vin. rustic, country french... very fun. I sincerely appreciate you sharing your expertise. I have come to love fine food in my business travels and knowing I can make stuff like this at home is a hugh deal to me. When I make it to Denver, I need to take you to dinner to say thanks. Seriously, anything of any value menu anywhere.
