We have a rule that on weeks that there is a thursday game we run waivers twice. Once at wednesday at 10pm but those waivers can only include trying to attain players that are playing in the Thursday game. Then we run waivers as we usually do on Friday. My question is this. If a team uses his spot in the waiver rotation on Wednesday to pick up a player in the Thursday game do you feel that team should go to the end of the rotation when we do Friday waivers or keep his original spot since everyone had a chance to make a move if they wanted to and we are doing waivers twice that week ? Thanks in advance. edit to add. I realize many leagues dont run waivers after the first game of the week but the double waivers on a week with a thursday game is something we voted on. If you are going to keep the two waiver process thing going, I'd recommend changing it to where all players are available the first time through and all players outside of the Thursday game are available the second time through. Then you should switch the order the second time.Or allow Thursday players to be picked up, you just can activate them for that week. In my preferred format league, waivers are locked until processing sometime Wednesday morning. Then it's first come, first serve until 10 minutes before 1:00PM Sunday.
