ffjunkey
I just read an interesting little article in ESPN magazine. Apparently Warner texted his wife "This is it. I can't do this anymore" after the game in which Boldin was hurt. He was shaken up and probably felt responsible for the injury. It was likely one of those "heat of the moment" deals, but still pretty interesting. I'm not a Cards fan, but I am definitely rooting for Warner to make it back to the super bowl and win another. That would be the icing on the cake for one of the most improbable NFL careers ever.

ABearWithFurniture
Warner texted his wife "This is it. I can't do this anymore" Maybe he was just referring to their marriage...
Double Agent
Old, old, old news. He never meant he wasn't going to finish the season.

mitpdub
She vetoed the idea and told him to get his arse back on the field and suck it up. She didn't want to have to call him out on national radio.

Doc Holliday
Has anyone had a crazier path to NFL stardom than Warner. he goes from bagging groceries to a 2 time NFL MVP. then loses his job to 2 young QB's(Manning,Leinart) to find himself retaking Leniart for the job and now throwing up another MVP calibur season. this season will seal the deal IMO for Warner being a HOF'er. WaterMan
And he proves on Monday night why he's the MVP.

Just how f'n stupid is he, off the field, that the only job he can get is bagging groceries? And he proves on Monday night why he's the MVP. The MVP this year will be Matt Ryan, mark it down. Chavez
loses his job to 2 young QB's(Manning,Leinart) I'd throw Bulger in there as another young QB he lost his job to.

millerx
Atlanta won't win their divison. Do you have to win the division to get to the NFC Championship or even the Super Bowl?

WaterMan
Do you have to win the division to get to the NFC Championship or even the Super Bowl? I hope you aren't betting on any of these predictions. The closest thing Ryan has a shot of getting is ROTY and that's going to be close since it's the year of the rookie.
