From Rotoworld: NBC Sports reports that Clinton Portis is starting for the Redskins Sunday night. Quite a surprise after most media reports thought Portis was out. Portis remains a risky fantasy play, but we'd use him as a RB2 over Ladell Betts if you waited this long. Portis reportedly looked good in warmups, but it's anyone's guess how long his knee will hold up. Look for Betts to be involved more than usual.
