Projections for the Rest of the Season

...abbreviated due to enormous time pressures at work...

...interesting observations:

GB, CHI and MIN all project to be 8-8 with GB nosing out the other two teams for the division crown due primarily to GBs average Margin of Victory

AFC West projects to win a combined total of only 23 games, one fewer than the NFC West.

Both the NFC East and the NFC South project to combine for 39 wins.

DET has the 6th easiest schedule already played and the hardest still to play ... not looking good for a team that wants to avoid 0-16.

CAR has the 2nd hardest schedule from here on out and TB has the 6th easiest from here on out.

ARI is on pace to win their division by SIX games.

IND has the easiest schedule from here on out. CHI and MIA are close behind...

KC has the 3rd easiest schedule from here on out; do not think that a string of good performances is necessarily indicative of them turning some sort of corner.

I love seeing Miami in that playoff picture but I'm not crowning them yet. They need to take care of business this week against NE and not sure that I like that they are favored.

Why would you not want to see others think that your team may do well?

That's sorta like wanting someone to tell you that your wife is ugly, isn't it?

I don't ever come back and see how your predictions, I mean the math, did for the week. Is 10-5 out of the normal good for the system?

A little bit maybe ... I'm 87-57 after 10 weeks ... an average of 60.4% ... and, 10 of 15 is 66.7% right ...

Best week was (iirc) 13-2 a couple of weeks ago; worst week was something around 50% (iirc).
