dino88
How many of your draft picks are still on your team and what is your record? I've only got 6 originals and i've got a horrible 4-7 record going (brees, mcgahee, slaton, moss, curtis, gates) Edited November 19, 2008 by dino88
Randall
Varies a lot because I have a lot of teams. In one I have my top 6 picks but dropped Derek Anderson(my 7th) for Quinn. CrazyOne
With trades and waivers, 5 out of 14 from my draft. But. At one point I had gotten so hasty with drops that I had only 3. I had dropped DeAngelo Williams and LenDale White, both of whom I had originally drafted. I picked both back up. I had early waiver picks because of my low YTD total. I've managed a 5-6 record and now a weekly top score for Week 11. With the parity in our league, I can still contend for a playoff spot but probably have to win out the next 3 regular season games (Week 12-14). I think I have a reasonable chance of doing that. It's a 10-team league and 4 playoff spots. I would currently be ranked 6th, and the 5th place team has the same record but is ahead on the YTD points tiebreaker by about 40 points. loaf
12 out 16 and I'm 5-6. But 5-6 is good for a tie for 1st with 4 other teams. The 5th is 4-7. Talk about parity...

TDFFFreak
Been in several leagues where all the strong teams that year were in one division and another division had all teams struggling to get a division title with a mediocre record. Story of my fantasy football season this year. I have decent to good teams in several leagues, but have somehow ended up in the toughest divisions in most leagues. Randall
Ah, multiple divisions. So you're in the AFC West? I think it's the NFC North. 15 wins 25 losses. Company of Heroes
4 of original 15 drafted. This is my first year in FF, and I didn't have a great draft (mainly because I didn't do enough research regarding my league rules/scoring). BUT, (with advice from the Huddle) I had some good late round steals that allowed me to transform my roster. Bought low on LT and had some timely WW pickups that I used to trade up after a good game or two. Lots of deals where I got 1 player for 2. I am now 7-4 and in a 3-way tie for first place (but third due to points).

Big John
Loaf, just a question, Im not being a jerk.......isnt it impossible to have 4 1st place teams be 5-6 and everyone else have a worse record? That is impossible. If the top records were 5-6, everyone else would have to be 5-6 or worse, which is an impossibility since all records would need to add up to the same number of wins and losses (with ties being broken up as 1/2 win and 1/2 loss each) and with all teams having more losses than wins this can't be true.
