mhorn
I'm not all that impressed with Sean Jones lately and am thinking of dropping him and playing the waiver wire. It's a redraft league so it wouldn't be a total loss and there's plenty of talent available since we only start 1 DB player per team. all of these players are available on the WW, who should I pick up over Jones? Polamalu, Troy vs CIN Bethea, Antoine vs @SD Brown, Mike vs @STL Payne, Kevin vs @STL Collins, Nick vs @NO McKelvin, Leodis vs @KC (return yards) Carr, Chris vs NYJ (return yards) Griffin, Cedric vs JAX Jammer, Quentin vs IND Atogwe, Oshiomogho vs CHI Lewis, Michael vs DAL Horton, Chris vs @SEA Leagues scoring system: Return Yardage 1 point for every 15 yards Return TD 6 points each Tackles 1.5 points each Assists 0.5 points each Fumble Recoveries 2 points each Forced Fumbles 1 point each Interceptions Caught 2 points each Passes Defensed 1 point each Blocked Field Goals 4 points each Blocked Punts 3 points each Blocked Extra Points 2 points each Sacked a QB 2 points each Safeties 4 points each Defensive TDs 6 points each Edited November 20, 2008 by mhorn
Tford
I like Jammer, especially against the Colts passing attack.
csrulz16
McKelvin should be starting and if you get return yards is well worth it.

darin3
Jones has had a couple of "stinker" games since returning from injury, but remains an elite DB. I wouldn't drop him, especially this week. He'll score well against the Texans. If you're hellbent on dropping him (hopefully you're in a large league), I would say that Bethea is a good option. As is Polamalu. I like Jammer's chances at making plays this week, but I like the safeties a bit better.

Actually it was his ankle and the sources I typically use haven't said much about the injury. I'll likely put out a rankings update tomorrow if there's news that downgrades his situation.
