Riffraff
Ronnie Lott would just cut it off Quinn has fractured finger Posted November 20th, 2008 by Marla Ridenour Browns second-year quarterback Brady Quinn suffered a small fracture on the tip of his index finger on his throwing hand in Monday night's victory at Buffalo, Browns coach Romeo Crennel announced Thursday. Quinn will wear a splint while off the field, but will not miss practice and will start in Sunday's home game against the Houston Texans. Crennel said the injury was thought to be a bruise, but when the soreness persisted Quinn saw a specialist at the Cleveland Clinic Thursday morning. Crennel wasn't sure when Quinn was hurt, but said he hit his hand on a helmet when he was under a heavy rush. "The soreness will be the thing he has to deal with," Crennel said. "After this week probably the soreness will die down. We'll monitor him on a regular basis to make sure the soreness is not getting worse. He's going to play and he's going to practice." Crennel said Quinn's injury could worsen if he gets hit again. "If he gets hit again there's a possibility of more damage. We'll have to monitor it to see," Crennel said. "If it gets worse he may have to wear the splint all the time or we might have to sit him." Backup Derek Anderson, who started the first eight games and went 3-5, is not being called on at the moment, although he went to the Pro Bowl last season and threw 29 touchdown passes. MrTed46
Damn! This would be a MAJOR blow to Braylon owners...hope it doesnt become an issue. He seems to throw to Braylon alot more than Anderson and he does not get sacked or throw picks.
detlef
Hmm, made the tough call to insert Braylon in my line-up ahead of B Marshall because OAK has shut down every #1 WR they've faced. Now I'm not so sure.

Hat Trick
Hmm, made the tough call to insert Braylon in my line-up ahead of B Marshall because OAK has shut down every #1 WR they've faced. Now I'm not so sure. I'm starting both of them in multiple leagues
