Ralph Furley
I'm seriously considering starting Maurice Morris this week. My other RBs are pretty weak and my team has been hit by the injury bug. I won't name my other RBs because I don't want to disgise this as a WDIS thread, but is anyone else in the same boat as me? We need to come together and try to convince each other that something positive will come out of this. He is going up against STL. I just picked him up a couple weeks ago and never thought I'd actually have to use him in the playoffs.
Jackass
almsost posted the same thing. saw projections have him for a big game. seems a little optimistic to me...
loaf
I was thinking about at least picking him up. Don't know if he'd unseat CJohnson, JStew and Portis this week
Largent80
I am!! Really had no choice. My other RB is ADP but my other choices suck. Moore or Parker vs Balt..... Then I saw that Mo was playing St.Louis.. It's the playoffs. Gotta do what you gotta do.
Sammy D.
Would you start him over Jamal Lewis? I lost Hillis, so I needed a replacement and I saw he plays STL this week, so I thought he may be a better option than Jamal on Monday night. I can't believe that the Browns prime time magic can possibly continue. Can it? Edited December 10, 2008 by Sammy D.

gardenthug
I'm playing Morris now that it looks like Addai is going to miss the game. Kinda nervous to have my playoff game hinging on a Seattle RB.
Sammy D.
To the advice forum. Â My fault- I saw the topic and it appeared to be an advice question, no?
T_bone65
Just picked him up in 1 league and may play him as a #3 RB
Grits and Shins
With MBIII's status I will have to start Jamal Lewis, Maurice Morris, Darren Sproles ... or go with a 5 WR set (Cotchery, Housh, Desean Jackson, Jennings, Santana Moss). Â I'm still debating.
cre8tiff
I picked him up to play over portis, in case Portis got jacked v the Ravens. Portis seems fine, so MoMo is now on the bench.
i_am_the_swammi
Huddle has the whole group of Seattle Rbs as a "bench" this week. Holmgren has apparently intimated that Jones could start, Mo would spell him, and Duckett would get all the goal-line work. Â The entire crew should be taken out back and beaten with a large mop. Seahawks21
Tatum Bell is a better option this week. Mo Morris is just such a shaky start. He could very easily get 0 points. Jones ripped up StL last time, so I would bet he gets the chance to try and do it again. If you start Mo, you are basically praying for one big play. Who knows if he gets it. True, however, yesterday in the predictions they had him getting over 100 yds and a touchdown. So which one is usually good to follow? Â I liken that to wishful thinking.....I picked him up but I'm more likely to start Sammy Morris or Chester Taylor for fear of a goose egg. Â Hopefully Addai is ruled out so I don't have to worry and I can go with Dominic R!!

Yesterday's predictions (released early AM) were likely compiled by DMD on Monday/Tuesday, before Holmgren gave any indication of what he might do with the RB rotation, so if any prediction is more accurate from a timing standpoint, its likely the start/bench list.  However, based on the conflicting reports and predictions, it certainly appears to be a situation that, barring some last minute level of certainty, one would want to stand clear of, if possible. Largent80
Walter Jones out.... Morris is BENCHED! I am screwed for my 2nd RB this week.
Chadman
Evidently there was no adjustment on the prediction for Mo-Mo, despite Jones being out, and Holmgren still talking about Jones as a possible play this week. I'm in the same dire circumstances as some here with Jacobs and Gore both going down. Have to decide between Kevin Smith, Mo-Mo, and T-Bell. Probably just roll the dice with Smith, hoping they feed him the ball with little else to offer offensively. I don't think I can put faith in Mo-Mo and that RB situation or Shanahan and Bell revisited.
