Gopher Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 League 1 - Warner is really starting to make me wonder if I should have benched him this week... My alternative was Wallace. League 2 - TJ Housh is nowhere to be found. Not expecting him to have a huge day, but the weather doesn't look THAT bad... could he at least get his usual 5/50 or so? League 3 - Started Brees and Thomas for the Saints... 3 TD's (all runs) and none for either of them. Ouch. League 4 - Too close to call, but I'm playing Thigpen and going against Gonzalez, so it's a good matchup so far. I'm currently leading in all four leagues, but my opponents have WAY more players going late than I do. I need my late guys to come up big today, as they'll basically be outnumbered 2 to 1 ... Cassel & Welker looking good so far and Welker looking like he might break a punt return before this game is over. But I'm really kicking myself most for not listening to my gut and paying the NEP defense. Our league gives a hefty bonus for yards under 250 that a defense can hold an offense too. Oh ... and I have PT Cruiser too .... but thankfully he's on the board with a TD now. All Day ... you're presence will be requested BIG TIME this afternoon.
