Jimmy Neutron
Yup - steak fries with mine. I've also begun using an uber sharp cheddar on mine - just love the flavor combo with rich beef.

Gopher
French dips rock. They're also not bad with a touch of horseradish (I prefer the hot/spicy kind) on the sandwich... sort of a prime rib/french dip hybrid sandwich.

TDFFFreak
I'm meetin TFFFreak halfway and usin Honey Mustard and a dab of Horseradish How'd it go? The hot mustard was from Phillipe's here in Los Angeles. Their french dips are good, but what makes it for me is the spicy hot mustard they use. I love the horseradish too.
