BeeR
Hayes, a gold medalist track star in the 1964 Summer Olympics, combined his world class speed with great hands. "Bullet Bob," a three-time All-Pro pick, caught 371 career passes for 7,414 yards and 71 touchdowns. Sorry but that doesn't seem HOF worthy to me. 7414 yards is only 6.7 touchdowns and 674 yards a year. I remember watching him. He could be a dominant player but the stats don't scream HOF to me. Perhaps he was picked because he brought speed into and changed the game. ya think? There is (should be) more to being HOF worthy than stats but I think that's the direction it's going (stats emphasized more and more). Anyway great class, IMO no argument on any being worthy.
