irish
Yesterday he said he was not going to work out. Now, he cannot be found. DUDE! Get a clue. His draft position is dropping like a lead weight. Word is that his absence was a mistake due to his agent and his agent admitted it. Smith flew back to ATL already as he had some scheduled training workouts already planned. Anyone who wants to see him will have to do so at his Pro Day. If he does well at his Pro Day all should be fine.

kpholmes
Yea he told the world he wouldn't be working out at the combine because he hasn't been keeping in shape so he needs to starting working out again. Idiot.

Idiot. +100 Like footballjoe said, Smith's draft position is definitely sinking. The kid is costing himself big bucks already.
budlitebrad
I'm sure teams picking later in the first round will try to exaggerate this as much as possible to bring his stock down.

John Gruden and Jamie Dukes have been going at it all day over this. Gruden is saying over and over again - Look, this was a dumb move on his part - but we've seen the kid play he's the best tackle in the draft. Teams in the second half of the draft are loving that people like you (Jamie) are fueling the fire that will drop him.
forever in debt to mo lewis
this kid hired an agent late....so he wasnt able to get into any of those pre combine workout camps....and amazingly this kid hasnt been working out and still weighed 332...which is very low for him
