Crazysight
Just to add a new wrinkle to this: "(Rotoworld) "Multiple league sources" tell the Chicago Sun Times that the Patriots grew very unhappy when Josh McDaniels lured free agent Jabar Gaffney to Denver. Analysis: The Sun Times appears to suggest that Gaffney is the reason Matt Cassel isn't a Bronco. Gaffney isn't a difference maker and the Pats have already upgraded with Joey Galloway and Greg Lewis, so we're sure they'll be fine" As a Pats fan I can say this writer is incorrect when he states that Gaffney isn't a difference maker. He doesn't put up huge stats but Gaffney is EXTREMELY reliable, which is no doubt exactly why the Pats were unhappy that he left town (as I was). I'd be surprised if Greg Lewis is in any way valuable to the team. Edited March 26, 2009 by Crazysight
