tazinib1
Chargers coach Norv Turner plans to give LaDainian Tomlinson more carries this season, despite Darren Sproles' 2008 emergence. "(Tomlinson) had 290 carries last season," Turner said. "I'd expect him to be in the 320s. He can handle it, and he'll be prepared to handle it. When it fits, we're going to use Darren. (But) I believe he can be a 1,500-yard rusher and a guy who catches 50 balls." It sounds like Turner plans to use a one-back system, which would cost Sproles most of his stand-alone value. irish
Makes a ton of sense to me as this is probably the last season for L.T. in a Bolts' uniform. I expect that they'll wear his arse out! L.T. won't go first in fantasy drafts but he very well could finish as if he should've. If LT falls on his face again this year, it'll be Sproles toting the rock like last year and Turner the years before.

I fully expect the Chargers to take a RB at 1.16 Of course AJ Smith is running things so you never know.

NFL Network just aired a report by Kevin Acee, a representative in SD, who reported that it's highly likely that the Chargers could take Beanie Wells or Knowshon Moreno who they're working out with the 16th pick. Another player that Acee reported that the Chargers are interested in is DE, Tyson Jackson. He also mentioned that they could look at DBs as well. Chargerz
I fully expect the Chargers to take a RB at 1.16 Of course AJ Smith is running things so you never know. That's just it! If AJ targets a player in the first round and he gets taken by another team, I think AJ will trade down for two picks in the second round. I'm not sure if Donald Brown would fall into the 2nd round, but I wouldn't mind him as a consolation prize.
