wiegie Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 (edited) If anyone has ratings for wines from the following regions and you can send them to me, I would greatly appreciate it: Southern Rhone (particularly Chateauneuf du Pape) Provence I am heading there tomorrow morning and I just learned that I won't have internet access while I am there and I don't really have time to look up wines right now (nor do I want to open up a WS or WA subscription for the time being). I am mostly interested in recent vintages. I know that 2005 was a good year and that 2007 is supposed to be excellent, so that is mostly what I am looking for. (Note: I might use these rankings to pick out my wine(s) for Cork It FFL, but I think I already know what I am going to bring back for that league.) Thank you for any help you can provide. wiegie Posted June 30, 2009 Author Share Posted June 30, 2009 Thanks again, SLD! Just got back to Switzerland from Provence a few hours ago. Ended up bringing back with me to Switzerland 10 bottles of CduP, 2 simple bottles of Bandol that I like, and 5 bottles from a local Provence vineyard within walking distance of my wife's aunt and uncle's home.
