It's only a matter of time until Brett Favre makes it official and signs with the Minnesota Vikings. The topic has been broached in this forum earlier, focused specifically on the running backs; now I'd like to open it up to the entire Vikings offense.

Once Favre signs with Minnesota, which Viking's fantasy value will see the greatest increase?

--Adrian Peterson, since in theory defenses will have to respect the Vikings passing game

--Chester Taylor, the Vikings' pass-catching back

--Bernard Berrian, who'll have a better quarterback throwing to him down the field

--Sidney Rice, a popular sleeper wideout candidate already

--Percy Harvin, who's a perfect candidate to take one of those patented Favre shovel passes to the house

--Bobby Wade, the Vikings' possession receiver

--Visanthe Shiancoe, who wouldn't be the first tight end to benefit from Favre's penchant for the position

Or, does the Favre signing do absolutely nothing for you with regards to moving Vikings on your cheat sheet?

i have to go with ADP as the existence of a credible passing game has got to open things up for him and take some of the load off his shoulders.

berrian would be a close second. he put up some big time YPC numbers on lower receptions last year which could signal a big breakout if favre can get him the ball more.

Potentially it is ADP. Look what Favre did for Thomas Jones last season, and ADP is twice the runner that Jones is.

Shiancoe will start off with a lot of looks early, but if he starts to drop passes, Favre will cut him off immediately. Recall how well Dustin Keller played last year early on, then following a couple of big drops, Favre forgot he was even on the field...

Favre in Minnesota is a huge mistake. You have the best RB in the game, arguably the best O-Line in the game, and a corps of WR that is adequate in terms of moving the football with someone behind center who doesn't force the game. This is a colossal error.

 Yep, we'd be tons better off with Tarvaris back there, because he certainly can force a game, right down the crapper.

Who is that exactly?
