Brisket for 180 people.

How many lbs. per person - a significant part of the crowd will be kids of all ages.

I'm guessing I need to plan for a little extra cook time throwing that much cold meat on the pits? I usually run them about 14 hours at 225o F and they come out beautifully.

Any other considerations I should make?

TIA

If you'll have sides to go with the brisket, I'm guessing a third of a pound per person will leave no one hungry. Plus with some kids there you can even go a little less. I'm guessing 50-60 pounds should do the trick.
