Company of Heroes
This guy just seems to be a player. He can block, run, and catch. He has been very involved in the offense this preseason and when called upon last year before injury. I can see this guy becoming a favorite of McDaniels and a solid relief valve for Orton, but he has gotten almost no buzz this year in fantasy circles. I am looking for a way to add him to my teams... Any thoughts? -Heroes
budlitebrad
Looks like Denver's version of Kevin Faulk.
WashingtonD
The Bronco's backfield is so confusing it's hard to discern any real value....it's all a crapshoot...if I was going to roll the dice on a non-Knowshon Denver RB I'd be looking at Buckhalter who I think can be a nice player in the Broncos system especially catching balls out of the backfield... That said I wouldn't be trying very hard to add any Bronco RBs to my team quite yet Best of Luck, WashD
NAUgrad
I am looking for a way to add him to my teams... Any thoughts? There's usually a button somewhere near the player you are looking at that says "add/drop". Click that.
xMRogers
I'd say he's the only safe bet on the team - regardless of anything else, he's at minimum going to go 500 yds and 5 TD's I'd guess. I don't know if you can say that about any other back on their team. His upside is probably doublle that, so less than the max for Knoshown, but you know Hillis will be in every game, getting some touches...where's that put him draft wise, not sure, but if he's still on the board in round 13 or so, have to consider him. I agree with this. Not saying he's starter worthy, but I think he has nice upside for a late round flier. At least as much potential as other popular sleepers, but next to no buzz. westvirginia
I agree with this. Not saying he's starter worthy, but I think he has nice upside for a late round flier. At least as much potential as other popular sleepers, but next to no buzz. And this is my thought as well. There are just too many other RB's there for him to be starter material, but the big slow white dude just flat out produces when given the ball. Perfect one cut runner, hands like marshmallows and shifty enough to get 4+ yards more often than not. I think he's a late round flier good as a bye week or emergency replacement. If Knowshawn would get hurt he could be the man there, but I don't see him getting a ton of opportunity with Knowshawn healthy.
HowboutthemCowboys
Sure, he'll have a few good to great weeks. The problem is, there's no way of predicting when those weeks will be. You wanna draft him as a bye week filler? Go ahead. Just don't be surprised when he goes off the week before and the week after you start him, and does nothing the 1 week you do. I'm staying far away.
Company of Heroes
I don't think anyone is planning on 'counting' on him for anything at this point. We don't really know enough about the new offense to get a good read. But in the never-ending search for sleeper potential, I think he belongs in the discussion and I'm surprised he's been so under the radar given what he's already done with his time on the field. Scooby's Hubby
I took him in my local 12 team in the 15th round, last player before my kicker. I think he will be the 3rd down back for sure, and possibly with a Moreno injury (which his knee seems a little fragile) could be used in the majority. Hillis is my 5th back.
