MrTed46
I have done 3 local auctions thus far and this guy gets no respect. Would you guys like him as your RB2? Do you think he's under value or over valued? I know he's hurt but it doesnt appear his injury affected anyones value on him in my locals...I even got laughed at in one league. In my 3 local and my opinion, I think he is extremelly under valued.
SheikYerbuti
He went 1.8 in my local. I went 1.9 and got LT. I kid you not.
MrTed46
He went 1.8 in my local. I went 1.9 and got LT. I kid you not. Very strange... in my locals he went for dirt cheap I was actually shocked. I don't get it. 1.8 is 2 high IMO, but I can see him in round 2 or 3. Round 6 is a STEAL

I think Thomas could make a serious impact this year, even with Bush and Bell taking some of the touches. Granted, I think Peyton is realizing the value of Bush, not as a RB, but more of a slot receiver which should intern opt for some additional opportunity for Thomas in the back field. I agree, and all the goal line carries are his and you can't stock the box against that offense. I am happy I was able to get him as my RB2. I am happy I was able to get him as my RB2. I held onto him in my keeper leaugue because I picked him up off the wire last year so minimal impact to my draft thei year. I rarely felt as strongly about a player as I do about Thomas's ability. I felt the same with Torain and still do if the bugger could ever stay healthy. He should be a steal to any team that takes the gamble to pick him off the wire (which someone will so keep an eye out for him at some point this season).....but it is a gamble with all his injuries. zebano
I think he's a great RB2 and went at 3.5 in my draft which I think is just about right. I had 3.11 and settled for L. Johnson instead.
SLGRAF
I got Thomas at 41st overall in my draft last week to be my #2 RB behind DWill, and am very happy.
buddahj
in one of my leagues i got him @ 4.09 (10 team league). in my other league he went 3.01 (12 team league).
Belushi
He's a solid RB2 with upside for a RB1. But he shouldn't be drafted in the first round when you can get him later. I'm surprised so many people are sleeping on him after last year's performance. Are they worried about Mike Bell, who couldn't find a job in the NFL? Or gimpy Reggie Bush? Patriots
I got him in the 4th round. The guy that picked right after me, walked up and picked Bush and said I will draft the starting RB thank you. Good luck.
BeeR
Have done some mocks on FF Calc and he has gone 2d or 3d round at latest FWIW. I would not mind him at all as my RB2. Bush is mostly a pass catcher but Thomas can catch too. Bell? lol yeah I'm worried about him

RJV
Drafted him in the 3rd round 10 team ppr. I have a lot of confidence in him but after his injury in the preseason I grabbed Bell in the last round as a insurance policy for the time being. Duchess Jack
I think he's getting the respect he deserves. If anything - I am shocked about people overlooking Bush in a PPR league on account of his emergence.

I think Thomas could make a serious impact this year, even with Bush and Bell taking some of the touches you guys really kill me sometime. ok let's take it from the beginning. Bush and Bell do not take touches away from Pierre. Bush is the #1 RB although he is usually used more as a receiver than a RB. Pierre wil get most of the rushes, unless of course he is injured. Bell will get touches when A) Pierrre and Bush needs a breather Pierre or Bush gets injured C) it's a blowout. Thomas's impact will depend on his injury which suprisenly doesn't cause to much concern here. As a homer I am very worried about the injury. there is no talk about it everything is mum. they said it wasn't serious a mild sprain yet since then nothing. He hasn't practiced in 2 weeks and the silent word is he may not be ready for week 1 which is why Payton wants to get Bush some work but can't afford the risk of doing it. FishFreak
Goal line carries will be going to Evans and Thomas in that order. He went early 3rd and late 2nd in my two drafts. PT will put up solid fantasy RB1 fantasy points in that great Saints offense as long as he can stay healthy.

Yup, the only thing I couldn't agree with is I do think Bell will be used some in short yardage situations & therefore take a TD or a few from PT.
