Egret
Hope springs eternal! Edit: The link didn't work. The Lions have it on their homepage. Edited September 7, 2009 by Egret

DMD
In other news, water is discovered to be wet. At least the Lions are making the right choice. Stafford looks to be pretty polished for a rookie so far and Culpepper's best days were on the Loveboat years ago. The Lions proved taking a first round wideout every year didn't turn the corner but maybe a franchise QB will. As long as they never fix their defense all will be well in fantasy football. Big F'n Dave
Expecting the Saints to take a safety? Final play of the game, after Malcolm Jenkins's fourth interception of the game is ruled down at the Saints one-yard line, Brunell gracefully takes a knee in the end zone. Wpob
I have Stafford on my team as my #2 and I am thinking long and hard about starting him over Shaub in week 1. I am in a TD only league and feel Stafford could throw two (or more) against a suspect Saints defense late int he game when they are down by 30. It's a thought for sure. WaterMan
Culpepper just wasn't the same without Randy Moss.
The Champ is Here
Culpepper just wasn't the same without Randy Moss. Pretty much.
beerguzzlers
Do you think Stafford is an upgrade at QB2 over Garrard? My team is staked with injury prone players with lots of upside, so i'm not sure i want to add a rookie QB, but Garrard doesn't give me much upside as a backup... Not sure I would overlook the Gregg Williams run Saints defense. I am not saying they will be the #1 D but I saw improvement in the preseason.
